  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

  • The owners of this home use 1 exterior security camera to ensure their home remains safe. It is to the right of the front door facing towards the entry path.
  • AWD/4WD and/or chains will be required in winter months. The driveway is paved, but the drive and the last 0.5 miles of road are steep and uphill.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pets: This property is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt + tax.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25/nt + tax for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs.
  • Firewood for the fireplace and stove may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided for you.
  • The property includes: High-speed internet, dishwasher, toaster, pool table, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, cooking basics, climate control, bed linens, hair dryer, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.
